How We Work
The partnership is a community of people of outstanding experience who share the values of corporate integrity and who are committed to support each other to establish opinions on key topics of international impact . The primary purpose of the partnership is to be a clarion voice for integrity and ethical values in corporate affairs and in the public sector.
The partnership members may also personally undertake commissions, drawing on years of practical high level experience in corporate and government business, both in the field and on the board. Work will always be produced promptly and be relevant and succinct.
How we can help you Corporate Integrity Partnership members, should they accept a commission, are able to quickly review, assess and assist commercial, public sector and non-governmental organisations in diverse situations such as :
- Supporting a thorough overhaul of the policies and governance of the organisation to create an overarching business vision and supporting model for its execution
- Aligning and realigning the resources, strengths and capabilities of the organisation with the policies and objectives
- Aligning leadership and designing processes to take safety and environmental stewardship to the next level
- Investigating root causes to significant failures such as a major safety or environmental impact event
- Minimising risk and leveraging business opportunities in member state countries, and the European Commission, arising out of the UK exit from the EU

Taf has an extensive background in international oil and gas exploration and production operation. He is best known as the UK's offshore safety chief,as leader of a government appointed independent major accident investigation, as the UK's director of emerging energy technologies, as the European Commission's expert advisor for upstream oil and gas, and as Executive Vice President of the IADC, representing 2,000 companies in the worldwide drilling sector

Adrian has an impressive senior background in offshore drilling and marine operations in the international oil and gas industry. He has been an outstanding leader in drilling safety and best known in more recent years as Europe Vice President for Transocean, the world's largest drilling contractor. He has been the most eminent voice of drilling in the North Sea and a highly respected leader in the UK oil and gas upstream sector serving as Contractor Vice Chair of Oil & Gas UK, Chair of the British Rig Owners Association and a Director of the international drilling association, IADC.
